Harbinger represents players at the highest level, negotiating contracts, sponsorship deals and managing all of their affairs. However, our focus on working with 100 players only, for the long term, means that we move differently to other agencies. Just 2 years after their careers end, 40% of players are bankrupt, 50% are suffering mental health challenges, 40% are divorced. 

Harbinger seeks to change this - for and with its players. We go beyond the norm. We develop elite mental strength for world class performance and we build long term for the player's career in the game and beyond it.
