James Dameron

James Dameron's work experience begins in 2009 as an Electrical Engineer at Curtiss-Wright Corporation, where they performed design and analysis of permanent magnet machines for propulsion applications. James utilized software packages such as ANSYS Maxwell and Magsoft Flux2D for 2-dimensional finite element analysis and conducted 3-dimensional finite element analysis using electromangetic finite element software. James held this position until March 2018.

In 2018, Dameron joined Arrivo - The Arrival Company as a Senior Motor Design Engineer from April to December.

James then moved to Canoo in January 2019, initially as a Motor Design Engineer before being promoted to Senior Manager of Motor Design Engineering in June 2021. James held this role until November 2022.

Currently, Dameron is a Senior Motor Design Engineer at Harbinger starting in November 2022.

James Dameron completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh from 2005 to 2009. Later, they pursued their Master of Science (MS) in the same field from the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2011 to 2014.
