Kunal Gupta

Kunal Gupta has a diverse work experience in the field of mechanical design engineering. Kunal started their career as a Summer Intern at Crompton & Greaves in 2013, where they worked on the design and production of transformer components. Kunal then joined Air India Limited as a Design Project Trainee, where they focused on modeling and improving the efficiency of aircraft systems.

In 2016, Kunal joined Gatorloop as a Design Engineer and CAE Analyst, where they were involved in designing and optimizing chassis and suspension components. Kunal also worked at Goken America as a Mechanical Design Engineer during the same time period.

In 2016, Kunal joined Honda R&D Americas, Inc. as a Mechanical Design Engineer, taking on the role of Person in Charge (PIC) for developing chassis components. Their responsibilities included leading the design process, facilitating communication between different departments, and applying principles of Design for Manufacturing.

Kunal then worked at Nikola Motor Company as a Mechanical Design Engineer, focusing on various mechanical design projects. Their most recent role was at Canoo as a Chassis Design Engineer, where they were responsible for chassis design.

Currently, Kunal is employed at Harbinger as a Chassis Engineer, specializing in suspension systems. Their work experience showcases their expertise in mechanical design and their ability to lead and optimize the development process.

Kunal Gupta completed their Bachelor of Technology (B. Tech.) degree in Mechanical Engineering at Sardar Patel College of Engineering (SPCE), Mumbai from 2010 to 2014. Kunal then pursued their Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Florida from 2014 to 2016. In addition to their formal education, Kunal Gupta obtained a CATIA certification from ECIL-ECIT in June 2012.
