Steven Offutt

Steven Offutt has a diverse work experience in the manufacturing industry. Steven is currently working as the Director of Manufacturing at Harbinger since February 2022. Prior to that, they were a part of the team at a stealth start-up from February to September 2022.

From 2018 to 2022, Steven worked at Canoo, where they held the role of In Charge - General Assembly, Powertrain and Battery Manufacturing Engineering.

In 2017, they were a Manufacturing Leader at Indi EV, and in 2015, they were a Senior Manager and then Manager of Powertrain and Battery Manufacturing Engineering at Faraday Future. At Faraday Future, they built a team responsible for delivering on the Battery Pack and Drive Unit from concept to commercialization.

Before that, Steven worked at Endologix Inc as the Manager of NPD Manufacturing Engineering and Principal Engineer, leading a team and developing the manufacturing strategy for the Nellix program.

From 2010 to 2012, they were a Principal Engineer at KCI Medical, leading design engineering projects and certification initiatives.

Steven started their career at Edwards Lifesciences in 2007 as a Staff Engineer and was responsible for operations and manufacturing of heart valve delivery systems and critical care disposables.

Prior to that, they worked at KCI Medical from 2005 to 2007 as a Senior Process Engineer, leading new product development and manufacturing engineering projects.

Steven began their career in 2002 at Boston Scientific as a Manufacturing Engineer, where they supported manufacturing activities and collaborated with R&D on product changes.

Steven Offutt attended Baylor University from 1995 to 1999, where they earned their Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME).
