Since its founding in 2015, Harbor has acquired over 3.8 million square feet of office, flex and retail properties in quality submarkets throughout all of Southern California and Denver, Colorado.  Harbor looks to reposition and hold assets between two and five years and targets high teens levered returns for its investors. 

Harbor Associates is a joint venture formed in 2015 between its Principals and The Bascom Group.
