At Harbor Contracting, we build more than structures — we build trust, lasting partnerships, and spaces that work as hard as the people inside them.

Based in Mount Pleasant, SC, we specialize in commercial construction across industries like dental, medical, retail/office, and industrial/warehouse. With 40 years of experience and thousands of successful projects under our belt, we lead every build like a quarterback — coordinating every moving part with precision, purpose, and pride.

Clients choose us because we communicate clearly, deliver consistently, and know how to solve problems before they become headaches. From start to finish, we make the process smooth, straightforward, and built around your goals.

Whether it’s a ground-up facility or a complex upfit, we treat every project like our reputation depends on it — because it does.

Let’s build something great together.
