Bruce DeRego

Bruce DeRego has extensive retail management experience, holding various leadership roles across multiple companies. At Target, Bruce served as Executive Team Leader, focusing on financial performance and sales processes. As General Manager at Old Navy, Bruce oversaw significant store operations with annual sales of $22 million. Bruce also held managerial roles at Bath & Body Works, initially as Store Co-Manager and later as Store Manager, where operational efficiency and team management were key focuses. In addition, Bruce worked at Gap Inc. as General Manager, where corporate standards and sales training were restored.
