Heidi Pace

Heidi Pace is an experienced professional with a robust background in operations, quality assurance, and supply chain management. Currently serving as the Director of Global Inspections at Harbor Freight Tools since December 2021, Heidi previously held several key positions at Insteon, including Director of Operations overseeing multiple functional teams and Director of Quality Assurance where a solid quality management system was established and enhanced. Prior experience includes serving as the QA and Production Control Manager at The Home Depot, where supplier management and large-scale project oversight were crucial. Heidi's career also includes a role as Quality Manager at F&G Electrical LTD and educational qualifications, including a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and an Associate's degree in Computer Science from Xi'an Jiaotong University.
