Tom Gilmore

Tom Gilmore has extensive experience in operations and management, currently serving as the Manager of the Extended Service Protection Program at Harbor Freight Tools since October 2021, where responsibilities include optimizing customer experience and improving operational efficiencies. Prior to this role, Tom held the position of Director of HVAC Operations at AIG from January 2012 to October 2021, managing business needs and account management within the HVAC Warranty division. Tom's career also includes a decade at Service Net, where positions ranged from National Account Manager to Team Lead, focusing on client relationships, process improvements, and team management. Tom obtained education at Eastern Kentucky University.
