Joe Schultz

Joe Schultz has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Joe started their career at Target as a Team Leader in 1990 and gradually progressed to Assistant Store Team Leader and eventually Store Team Leader. Joe demonstrated strong leadership skills and achieved operational goals in various store locations. Additionally, Joe served as the Store Merchant, where they co-led a companywide committee and documented supply chain issues. Joe later became the District Team Leader, managing two districts and developing and promoting store and district leaders. Joe then joined JohnRyan, Inc. as the Vice President, Key Account Manager, overseeing a team responsible for servicing Bank of America. Currently, they are working at HARBOR Ind. as the Chief Executive Officer, after holding positions of Chief Revenue Officer, Vice President of Sales, and Vice President, Marketing. In these roles, they managed teams, mentored employees, and established strong client relationships. Overall, Joe Schultz has a wealth of experience in sales, marketing, leadership, and strategic management.

Joe Schultz attended Prior Lake High School from 1982 to 1985. Joe then pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing at Winona State University from 1985 to 1990.
