Typically these jobs involve abatement, complete demolition, all new utilities including Electrical, HVAC, Communications, Fire Sprinkler, Plumbing, Structural Improvements and all finishes necessary for a complete and move-in ready space.

We are led by President Sammy Hicks, III. Mr. Hicks is a Service Disabled Veteran who served in the US Army for 28 years, retiring in 2021. Mr. Hicks brings over 20 years of banking, finance, and operations expertise, and management experience.
