John Howell

John Howell has an extensive background in engineering and development, currently serving as an Engineer at Harbr | CloudData since August 2017. Prior to this, John held roles such as Tech Lead and Development Manager at HSBC, as well as Development Manager and Technical Architect at Babcock International Group. Significant experience includes serving as the Technical Authority for Big Data Analytics at the UK Government, where responsibilities encompassed the design and implementation of Hadoop-based analytics. Additional roles have included Solutions Designer and various development positions across multiple companies, such as Landmark Information Group, Flybe, and Fidelity International. John holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Science from the University of the West of England.
