Ryan Cauldwell has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Ryan started their career as a Field Assistant at Natural Scientific Services in 2010. In 2012, they worked as a Vacation Student at Sasol, where they completed a project on valve sizing and pipe pressure drop calculations. Ryan then joined UDM International (Pty) ltd. as a Sales Associate for two months, where they achieved top performer status. In 2014, they served as an intern at EPI-USE before joining Vodacom as a Business Analyst, where they worked on reporting projects and gained advanced skills in database operations and SQL. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as a Data Engineer at E9Data, where they solved data-oriented problems using various tools and technologies. In 2017, Ryan transferred to Harbr as a Data Engineer, responsible for building a data pipeline. Ryan then progressed to the role of Customer Success (Technical), where they collaborated with business stakeholders to enhance their understanding and experience of the platform. In 2020, they became the Global Head of Support at Harbr, using their technical skills and passion for data to drive transformative power and accessibility.

Ryan Cauldwell completed a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Chemical Engineering at Stellenbosch University from 2010 to 2013. In 2014, they pursued further education in Python programming and computer science through an online course at Udacity.
