Peter Hill is the Director at HARC, a Melbourne-based company focused on hydrology, dam safety risk management, and water resources. With over 30 years of experience in the field, Peter undertook a Master of Engineering Science by research at the University of Adelaide, specializing in flood estimation. They served as Project Leader at the Cooperative Research Centre for Catchment Hydrology and spent 18 years at SKM, now Jacobs, where they led various flood hydrology and dam safety risk analysis projects. Since establishing HARC in 2015, Peter has contributed to over 100 conference and journal papers, as well as multiple industry guidelines. They were also a past chair of Engineers Australia's Victorian Water Engineering Branch.
