Padraig Power has a diverse work experience in project management, quantity surveying, and contract administration. Padraig started their career as a Contract Administrator at SPL Specialist Civil Engineering Contractors in 2001. Later, they worked as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor at Nolan Ryan Partnership from 2001 to 2009. Padraig then joined The Louis Berger Group as an Associate Director from 2009 to 2014. After that, they worked for Abu Dhabi City Municipality as the Chief Quantity Surveyor from 2014 to 2016. Currently, they are serving as the Head of Project Management at Harcourt Developments since 2016.

Padraig Power received a Bachelor's degree in BSc Construction Economics from Waterford Institute of Technology in 2003. In 2004, they obtained a degree in Quantity Surveying with first-class honors from Liverpool John Moores University. Padraig later pursued a Master's degree in Law, specializing in Construction Law and Arbitration, from Robert Gordon University, which they completed in 2015.

In terms of certifications, Padraig became a Chartered Quantity Surveyor in 2006, as recognized by the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland. Padraig also became a member of the Chartered Management Institute in 2010 and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators in 2012. In the same year, they were appointed as a Fellow by both the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB).
