Fernanda Menezes

Fernanda Menezes is a seasoned professional in human resources and organizational development, with extensive experience in people management. From 2014 to 2016, Fernanda served as Workforce Manager for Rio 2016, coordinating the recruitment of 70,000 volunteers for the Olympic and Paralympic Games. In subsequent roles, including as Head of People at Hardcuore, Fernanda focuses on talent acquisition, employee development, and HR strategy implementation. Fernanda holds a degree in Psychology from Estácio and is pursuing further studies in Human Resources Management at Ibmec, alongside specializing in Psychopathology at Instituto ESPE.
