Stella Keane

Stella Keane, SPHR, is a seasoned human resources executive currently serving as the Vice President of Talent Development at HARDI. With extensive experience in talent management for billion-dollar retail organizations, they have successfully led initiatives at Big Lots, Inc., where they directed a large team and managed substantial budgets to enhance employee engagement and development. Previously, they held directorial positions at Foot Locker, Inc., focusing on strategic HR functions across multiple locations. Stella also contributes as an adjunct professor in Human Resources and Management courses at Temple University as they pursue a Master's degree in Organization and Development.
