Tom Ingrem

Tom Ingrem is currently the Director of Transformation at Harding+, having previously served as Head of Technology Transformation and Head of Technology Delivery within the same organization. Prior to this, Tom held the position of Senior Manager - Technology Delivery at Harding+ and has extensive experience in various roles, including Business Solutions Lead at The Bradfords Group Ltd and several positions at Debenhams. Tom began their career as a Customer Advisor at Nationwide Building Society and later progressed through roles in business analysis and technology delivery. Educated at the University of the West of England, Tom earned a BA (Hons) in Business Information Systems.
