Kevin Marvel

Kevin Marvel has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Kevin served as the Chief Human Resource Officer at Hardinge Inc, where they played a crucial role in aligning the workforce and implementing HR initiatives. Prior to that, they worked as a Human Resources & Talent Management Consultant as a self-employed individual, offering their expertise to various clients.

Before that, Kevin served in various roles at Kendall & Davis, an AMN Healthcare Company, including Division Vice President and Senior Director HR & Senior Director Talent Acquisition. At BSI, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Consultant, while at Teva Pharmaceuticals, they held the position of SR Director HR. Kevin also worked at ITT Inc., where they served as Senior Director Talent Acquisition and Senior Director Enterprise HR. Additionally, Kevin worked at Motorola Mobility (a Lenovo Company) as Senior Director HR and Senior Director Talent Acquisition. Finally, at Betz Laboratories, they worked as Manager Staffing and Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Kevin Marvel attended Elizabethtown College from 1983 to 1987, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marketing. In 1994, they completed the Advanced HR Executive Program Certificate at the University of Michigan Ross School of Business Executive Education, specializing in Human Resources Management and Services.
