Xavier Alberti

Xavier Alberti has held a variety of roles in the hospitality and restaurant industry since 2013. Xavier began their career as President of Majorian, a platform of services dedicated to hospitality and restaurant entrepreneurs. In 2020, they became an Administrator at Ducasse Paris. In 2013, they also became President of Cadhi, a purchasing center for restaurateurs and hoteliers with 120 million euros in volume of purchases from 2500 professionals and 180 suppliers. In 2013, they also became Chairman and CEO-Shareholder of les Collectionneurs, a French leader in hospitality and gourmet restaurants. In 2015, they became a Shareholder and Member of the Strategic Committee at Hardloop. In 2012, they became a Shareholder and Member of the Investment Committee at Trecento Asset Management. In 2020, they became Co-President of #JamaisSansElles. In 2016, they became Director of Purchasing at Alain Ducasse Entreprise. In 2012, they became Chairman of Dream Tank SAS. Finally, in 2004, they became a Member of the Board and CEO-Founder of C10 - Centrale Européenne de Distribution, a network of beverage distribution for professionals in the restaurant, hotel, and bar industry with over 65000 clients and 280 suppliers.

Xavier Alberti obtained a Master's degree in Political Science and Government from Sciences Po Aix in 1993. Xavier also studied International Law and Legal Studies at the Institut d'Etudes des Relations Internationales (ILERI) and Indonesian/Malay Languages and Literatures at the Institut national des langues et civilisations orientales (Inalco) during the same period.
