Roel Van de Pas is the Commercial Director at Hardt Mobility, where they focus on demand generation for Hyperloop technology solutions. With a background in Traffic and Transportation Engineering, Roel has dedicated their career to sustainable transport systems, merging commerce and technology to drive meaningful change. Previously, they held key roles at companies such as Nedstack Fuel Cell Technology and e-Traction, where they managed operations and developed electric powertrain solutions. Roel’s academic achievements include a Doctorate in Business Administration from the Polish National Academy of Sciences and a Master of Science in Public Administration from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
