Marek Ramczykowski

Marek Ramczykowski is currently an Assisterende arbeidsleder at Hareid Group and has been with HG Solutions sp. z o.o. from 2017 to 2024, where they served as a project manager overseeing comprehensive project supervision and leading teams of up to 100 individuals. Prior to that, Marek worked as a project manager and electrician at HG Electric A/S from 2006 to 2016, handling project supervision and electrical installations on vessel new builds. They also coordinated projects at HG Solutions, primarily in Polish shipyards, and served as a consultant for electrical matters at Building The Future AS from 2022 to 2024. Earlier in their career, Marek worked at REMONTOWA S.A. from 2001 to 2006 in various roles, including elektromonter and brygadzista, where they were responsible for electrical overhauls and supervision of electrical work.
