Tom Reed

Tom Reed is the President of Morningstar Management, Inc., a company specializing in helping owners capture and build shareholder value, where they have successfully completed 35 transactions totaling nearly $1 billion. Previously, Tom served as President of Ethika Corporation from 1995 to 1998, focusing on electronic publishing and internet content. Additionally, they have held board positions at Pino Gelato, Inc., Hargray Communications, and have been involved with several advisory boards, including the Institute for Community Development and the University of South Carolina's Business Department. Tom completed a degree in Business Administration at Pennsylvania College of Technology between 1969 and 1971.
