Hargrove & Co is a boutique operating advisory firm helping founder-led and growth-stage organizations become structurally equal to growth.

As organizations scale, the challenges they face are rarely strategic. More often, growth exposes weaknesses in leadership alignment, accountability, decision-making, operating structure, and execution.

We work with founders and leadership teams to strengthen operating maturity through operating design, leadership alignment, organizational effectiveness, accountability systems, and practical change execution.

Our approach is grounded in a simple belief: growth should not depend on a handful of people carrying all of the context, decisions, and responsibility.

The goal is not to remove the founder.

The goal is to remove unnecessary dependency on the founder so organizations can scale with greater clarity, ownership, consistency, and resilience.

Areas of focus include:
• Operating Design
• Leadership Alignment
• Organizational Effectiveness
• Operating Maturity
• Accountability Systems
• Decision Frameworks
• Change Execution

Hargrove & Co helps ambitious organizations build the leadership, structure, and operating maturity required for the next stage of growth.
