Kate Waters

Kate Waters is a seasoned strategist with twenty-five years of experience in communications, including advertising, media, and PR. They currently serve as the Director of Client Strategy and Commercial Marketing at ITV, where they lead a diverse team of strategists and oversee commercial marketing and pitch development. In addition to their role at ITV, Kate chairs the Advisory Board at Hark, a consultancy focused on social impact for young people, and is an advisory board member for Purpose Disruptors. They previously held positions as Chief Strategy Officer and Founder at Now Advertising, as well as Director roles at Blue Rubicon and Euro RSCG, among others, and served as WACL President from 2021 to 2022. Kate earned a BA in Philosophy and Psychology from New College, Oxford.
