Joe Graham

Joe leads the HARKEN DATA engineering and technology team and is responsible for the full life cycle execution of technology projects at HARKEN DATA clients.At HARKEN DATA he has successfully implemented and supported multiple data center projects.Key client successes to his credit in this arena have been in outbound sales call centers and inbound customer service and technical support call centers analyzing call data.

Prior to joining the HARKEN DATA team, Joe Graham has worked in senior technology lead and consulting positions at organizations such as United Nations, City of New York, Ambac Indemnity Corporation, Merck-Medco.

Joe Graham holds a First Class Honors Degree in Engineering, specializing in Applied Computer Technologies from the University of London.
