Jonathan Bell

Jonathan Bell serves as the Product Development Technical Lead at Harley-Davidson Motor Company since November 2017, overseeing the scope, design, and development throughout the project lifecycle from concept to production in collaboration with executives and chief engineers. Prior to this role, Jonathan was the Principal Engineering Manager at Honda R&D Americas, Inc. from June 1999 to November 2017, where responsibilities included managing a team of 32 associates to enhance various systems including Instrumentation, Audio, and UI/UX. Jonathan's leadership led to significant improvements in operational efficiency and employee satisfaction. Jonathan holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Pittsburg State University, earned between 1994 and 1999.
