Jonathan Root

Jonathan Root is the SVP of Harley-Davidson Financial Services. Jonathan has over 20 years of experience in the financial industry, working with some of the largest companies in the world. Jonathan started their career at General Motors as a Brand Financial Analyst. Jonathan then moved to GMAC Insurance Holdings Inc, where they led the insurance program strategy and execution across Asia-Pacific, Europe, and Latin America regions. In 2008, they joined Ally Financial Inc. as the Director of Business Development for International Operations. Jonathan was responsible for developing and managing retail and wholesale finance products across Latin America. In 2011, they joined Harley-Davidson as the SVP of Harley-Davidson Financial Services.

Jonathan Root has a MBA from University of Detroit Mercy and a Bachelor of Science in Corp. Finance from Wayne State University.
