Harman Health helps workplaces, schools, and communities simplify health information so people feel confident making decisions that work for them and not just what’s trending online. Founded by Clinical Nutritionist, speaker, and university educator Jade Harman, Harman Health combines evidence-based nutrition with real-world behaviour change strategies. Sessions are designed to be informative, relatable, and genuinely enjoyable, helping audiences move from confusion to confidence while building sustainable health habits that support both personal wellbeing and workplace performance.
