Andy Chen is the Quality Head of NPI quality and global SQE at HARMAN International, where they implement quality control throughout NPI projects and drive global quality process excellence. With over 10 years of experience in quality and process engineering in the audio and mechanical component sectors, Andy has a deep understanding of manufacturing processes, including die casting and CNC. They have previously held leadership roles at companies such as Emerson, Philips, and Sanyo Huaqiang, and they hold certifications as a CAQ 6Sigma Black Belt and a BSI ISO9000 lead auditor. Andy earned a Bachelor of Science in Optics/Optical Sciences from China Jiliang University.
