Andy Flint is a senior vice president at HARMAN International, where they lead the global functions of Product Management, Project Management, Engineering, Research and Development, and Strategy. With over 20 years of experience, Andy has held various roles within the company since starting as a Business Development Specialist in 2004, contributing significantly to the success of iconic brands such as JBL Professional and Martin Lighting. Andy’s leadership has resulted in the launch of over 300 new products and substantial revenue growth. They are also active in the Women’s Network and serve as an Executive Sponsor for the Neurodiversity ERG, while mentoring employees across the organization.
