Damon Johnson is a seasoned leader with over 20 years of experience in driving global growth for consumer brands, currently serving as Senior Director of Business Development at HARMAN International since 2025. Previously, Damon held various roles, including Senior Director positions at Masimo Consumer and HP, where they established HP's first Consumer Audio division. Damon also contributed significantly as Publisher of ALIVE Magazine and has a strong background in business development and sales management across multiple industries. Damon is pursuing a Global Executive MBA at INSEAD and holds a B.S. in Psychology from Miami University.
