David Haff is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the field of test engineering. David's career began at General Dynamics Land Systems, where David worked as a Failure Analysis Engineer and Manufacturing Test Engineer from May 1993 to August 1997. David holds a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Florida State University, completed between 1987 and 1991, and an Associate degree from Florida State College at Jacksonville, earned from 1985 to 1987.
