Don Barnes

Don Barnes is an experienced individual who has worked with HARMAN International since October 2006. Don currently holds the position of Vice President Operations and has vast experience in driving strategy, productivity, and continuous improvement in manufacturing, quality, and delivery. Don has also previously held roles such as Sr. Director of Advanced Manufacturing Engineering, Director of Operations, and Production Manager, showcasing their expertise in industrialization and manufacturing operations. Prior to HARMAN International, Don spent 19 years at Motorola, starting as an Operations Manager. Don graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
