Eitan Festinger is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical support and global operations. Currently serving as the Director of Global Support at HARMAN International since January 2023, Eitan previously held the position of Director of Technical Support at Salesforce from January 2021 to December 2022. Eitan's career at HARMAN International began earlier in February 2018 as the Global Support Manager. Prior to that, Eitan spent several years at Verint as the Tier3 Support Manager from 2011 to March 2018 and held roles at NICE Ltd from 2004 to 2011, including SME - TAM and Tier 4 Team Leader. Eitan holds a Master's degree in Educational/Instructional Technology from Tel Aviv University (2016-2019), an MBA in Marketing from Bar-Ilan University (2006-2008), and a BA in Computer Science from Reichman University (2000-2003).
