Jeff Baker

Jeff Baker is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the fields of audio technology and research and development. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Intelligent Audio at HARMAN International, Baker previously held the position of Senior Scientist at Dolby Laboratories, where significant advancements were made in areas such as remote plethysmography and augmented reality audio. Baker has also been the Chief Technology Officer at Interlink Electronics, contributing to the development of consumer electronics and medical devices. The role at Doppler Labs as Vice President of Research and Development involved leading the R&D division of a notable hearables startup. Academic involvement includes teaching Digital Electronics at California Lutheran University and conducting postdoctoral research at prestigious institutions such as the Tokyo Institute of Technology and Risoe National Laboratory. Baker holds a Ph.D. in Physics from Florida State University and a B.S. in Physics from Jacksonville University.
