Josh Howe

Josh Howe serves as the Global Manager of Learning and Development at HARMAN International, where responsibilities include directing corporate training and employee development for a workforce of 30,000 international employees, enabling the delivery of next-generation technical products. Previously, Josh held the position of Manager of Learning at SkyWest Airlines, establishing eLearning courseware and enhancing knowledge retention across the organization. Earlier career roles include Director of Training at inContact, where management of customer and employee training programs was key, and Manager of Employee Training and Development at Nu Skin Enterprises, where Josh achieved significant cost savings through a new onboarding program. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Organizational Behavior and Strategic Management from the University of Utah and a BS in Management from Brigham Young University.
