Kai Adolphs is an experienced leader in market intelligence and pricing strategies, currently serving as the Director of Market Intelligence for HARMAN International's Automotive Division since July 2021. Prior to this role, Kai held various senior positions at Kantar from January 2006 to July 2021, including Director and Head of Pricing Expertise, where responsibilities included developing the pricing insight consultancy business and leading the automotive insight consultancy for innovation and product marketing. Earlier in the career, involvement with Daimler AG as an Assistant Manager in Marketing Strategy and academic work as an Assistant and Lecturer at Technische Universität Kaiserslautern contributed to a strong foundation in marketing and research. Kai Adolphs holds a Doktor (Ph.D.) degree in Business and Engineering from RPTU Kaiserslautern-Landau.
