Lorena Loya

Lorena Loya currently serves as the Vice President of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and HR Corporate Functions at HARMAN International since November 2021, focusing on advancing DE&I initiatives and providing strategic HR support to Corporate Functions Leaders. Prior to this role, Lorena held the position of HR Senior Director for Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean at HARMAN DE MEXICO S. DE R.L. DE C.V. from January 2019 to November 2021. With extensive experience in human resources, Lorena worked at Lear Corporation from January 2010 to January 2019, initially as HR Director for the E-Systems Division, managing HR operations for over 20,000 employees across multiple countries, and previously as HR Manager and Expat & Compliance Manager, overseeing HR functions and compliance across various facilities.
