Nir Ben Shachar

Nir Ben Shachar possesses extensive leadership experience in software engineering, with a focus on the IoT and telecommunications sectors. At Intel Corporation, Nir managed an international team of 12 engineers, overseeing BSP development for an Arm-based IoT SoC. Nir continued to excel at ARM as a Senior Software Group Manager, establishing diverse engineering teams and implementing agile methodologies. Currently serving as OTA R&D Director at HARMAN International, Nir leads OTA Client and Server teams across Israel and Poland, having also held the role of OTA Client Director at HARMAN. Previous positions include a Senior Software Group Manager at Polycom, where Nir led multi-discipline projects, and a DSP engineer at Sonarics. Nir holds a BS in electronic engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
