Randy Sisk

Randy Sisk is an experienced professional in procurement and software sourcing, currently serving as Sr Category Manager for Global Product Software and Licensing Procurement at HARMAN International since January 2023. Prior to this role, Randy held the position of Director of Direct Software Sourcing at Avaya from June 2017 to January 2023, where responsibilities included managing a sourcing team and overseeing a significant budget. Earlier experience includes co-founding and serving as CEO of an optical switching startup, as well as holding various strategic roles at Cisco, where responsibilities encompassed software sourcing strategies and business development. Randy's career began as ADSL Technology Manager at Netspeed, and education includes a Master’s and Bachelor’s Degrees in Electrical Engineering from The University of Alabama in Huntsville.
