Rasheed Khan

Rasheed Khan is an experienced Senior Program Manager at HARMAN International, specializing in launching next-generation products while successfully managing a project budget of approximately $20 million annually. Previously at Hyundai Kia America Technical Center, Inc. (HATCI), Rasheed served as Manager of Infotainment Development, overseeing a 15-member team and leading the introduction of Over the Air (OTA) updates for production vehicles in the US. As the Initial Quality Study (IQS) NA Task Force Leader, Rasheed facilitated communication between Korean and North American teams to enhance software quality. Rasheed's earlier experience includes roles as Quality Assurance Manager and Senior Reliability Engineer at Yazaki North America, where Monozukuri methodologies were implemented, and as Quality Manager at Lear Corporation, where initiatives led to QS9000 certifications. Educational achievements include a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Lamar University and a Graduate Diploma in Reliability & Design Engineering from Eastern Michigan University.
