Rob Darling

Rob Darling is a seasoned professional in the audio technology and music production industry, currently serving as the Director of Strategy - Partnerships at HARMAN International since December 2023. Previously, Rob held the position of Director of Strategy, Partnerships at Roon Labs from April 2015 to December 2024, where significant contributions included leading the partner program that integrated nearly 200 brands with Roon Ready streaming technology. Prior to Roon, Rob was the VP of Strategy at Sooloos from September 2006 to February 2010, where early software developments transitioned into a commercial product. Rob's career also includes extensive experience as a Studio Integration Consultant and Recording Engineer, working at renowned facilities like the Hit Factory and contributing to many notable music projects. Rob holds a BA in Russian/English from Columbia University and graduated from Choate Rosemary Hall. Based in Richland, WA, Rob continues to influence the audio industry through strategic partnerships and innovative technology integration.
