Ruben Decoud

Ruben Decoud is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in global HR management, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at HARMAN International since July 2014 and simultaneously holding a role as Global International HR at Symphony Teleca. With a career that includes significant positions such as International HR Manager at Mary Kay Inc. and Sr. Manager HR at Bancard S.A., Ruben has a proven track record in developing and executing HR strategies and initiatives across multiple industries and regions. An independent HR consultant prior to his current roles, Ruben has engaged in compliance audits and HR best practices, further enhancing his expertise. Ruben holds a BA in Psychology and Spanish from Greenville University and a Master of Arts in Social Psychology from Paraguay.
