Soyeong Jo

Soyeong Jo is an experienced professional with a diverse background in project management, customer service, app development, data analysis, and software engineering. Soyeong served as a Secretary/Project Manager at the Organizing Committee of the Annual International Forum, where responsibilities included communication with foreign guest speakers, website management, event promotion, and document translation. At Skyedu, Soyeong worked as a Customer Service Operator, providing troubleshooting support. An internship at GOVR focused on Android app development and global marketing. Soyeong's role as a Business Analyst at Cisco involved data management and content localization for the APAC region. Currently, Soyeong is an Associate Software Engineer at HARMAN International. Soyeong holds a Bachelor's degree in English Education from Hanyang University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Hanyang Cyber University.
