Infrastructure systems do not fail in isolation. Across housing, buildings, and energy portfolios, what creates disruption is often not the equipment itself but the loss of continuity — fragmented records, unclear system history, and limited visibility as assets change hands over decades.

Harmelo is building registry infrastructure that establishes persistent identity and lifecycle continuity for mechanical and energy systems. Through HMIN (Harmelo Mechanical Identification Number) and HEIN (Harmelo Energy Identification Number), we provide a neutral layer that preserves system history, supports long-term stewardship, and enables better coordination across owners, operators, and programs.

Our focus is simple

Harmelo exists to address that gap.

We establish long-term continuity for residential mechanical systems by creating a permanent system identity and a single, enduring record that survives construction, ownership changes, and service cycles. This foundation supports clearer planning, better decisions, and more predictable outcomes as systems age.

Harmelo is designed for public housing providers, municipalities, non-profit housing organizations, builders, and residential developers responsible for managing mechanical systems at scale and over long horizons.

Our focus is not reactive maintenance or point-in-time transactions, but lifecycle governance. One system. One timeline. One source of truth that can be relied on by successive stewards over time.

Harmelo is infrastructure by design. Quiet, durable, and built to last.

Our technology simplifies warranty activation, maintenance tracking, and lifecycle management while creating long-term value for every party involved. Through a blend of automation, data, and transparency, Harmelo is redefining how home comfort is delivered, protected, and trusted.

Headquartered in Canada with North American expansion underway, Harmelo is privately held and focused on building the future of predictive comfort technology.
