Lucas Hansel

Lucas Hansel is a co-founder and director of marketing & product at Harmo - Feedback Intelligence. Previously, Lucas was a professor at Pós Phorte, where Lucas taught MBA and extension courses in Customer Experience, focusing on metrics and customer journey mapping. Additionally, Lucas was a guest professor at CS Academy teaching a summer course. Prior to their teaching roles, Lucas co-founded Elede Mobile, a company specializing in app and game development. Lucas also worked as an auxiliar administrativo at Cotiplast, contributing to process optimization, implementation of new systems, and customer support. Lucas holds degrees in Graphic Design and Computer Science from Unijuí - Universidade Regional do Noroeste do Estado do Rio Grande do Sul.
