John Shaw

John Shaw has a diverse work experience spanning several positions and industries. John started their career as a Senior Accountant at Boulay, Heutmaker, Zibell & Co. P.L.L.P., where they planned and led audits for clients in various sectors. John then worked as a Senior Financial Analyst at Rimage Corporation, delivering strategic financial models and analysis. At First Avenue, they served as a Controller, improving financial tools and processes while also learning small business management skills. Most recently, John held multiple roles at Harmon, including Vice President of Finance and Vice President of Strategy & Transformation, where they provided leadership in the development of the company's strategic priorities. Overall, John Shaw has demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, financial analysis, and team leadership throughout their career.

John Shaw attended Indiana University - Kelley School of Business from 2015 to 2017, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree. Prior to that, they attended the University of Notre Dame from 2001 to 2005, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accountancy. In 2003, they also completed the Southeast Asian Business Certificate and International Business Certificate programs at The University of Notre Dame Australia. John Shaw has additional certifications, including a CPA (Inactive) certification obtained from the State Board Of Accountancy in December 2014, and a CPA certification obtained in October 2007, from the same institution.
