Steve Bass

Steve Bass has extensive experience in design and engineering management, currently serving as Design Manager at Harmon since May 2018. Prior roles include Director of Design at Integro Building Systems and Design/Engineering Manager at Gamma USA. Steve also held several engineering management positions at Pioneer Cladding and Glazing Systems and CBO Glass, where responsibilities included overseeing design and engineering processes. Earlier in their career, Steve contributed as Senior Project Manager at Curtain Wall Design and Consulting, Inc., and worked for Childress Engineering Services as both Commercial Drafting Manager and Project Manager. Additional experience includes positions as Project Coordinator at Architectural Wall Systems, Inc. and CAD Draftsman at Architectural Wall Consulting & Engineering, along with a foundational role as Draftsman at Vistawall Architectural Products.
