Behaviour change in chronic care is a daily-life problem. Self-management gets harder on the days the rest of life gets harder: the long workday, the travel week, the stress, fatigue, or routine disruption. Harmona is built for those moments. Each response adapts in real time to what is actually getting in the way today.

Under the hood, Harmona is a multi-agent generative-AI system running on EU-hosted foundation models. A reasoning layer continuously reads the patient's context: what is draining them, what is getting in the way, what kind of support fits. A conversational layer carries that into a chat that feels human and grounded. A curated knowledge base, anchored in Dutch clinical sources, keeps every response aligned with established care.

Patient-as-experimenter is the design philosophy throughout. Harmona helps each person discover what works for their body, their week, their condition.
